Prohibited Items: The customer agrees not to dispose of any prohibited items in the dumpster. These include, but are not limited to: paints, liquids, oils, thinners, tires, batteries, propane tanks, flammable materials, radioactive materials, hazardous waste, TVs, computers, electronics, refrigerators, air conditioners, and any items containing asbestos, freon or mercury. If prohibited materials are found, the customer will be responsible and liable for any legal penalties, for any additional removal and disposal costs and for any damages resulting from the disposal of these prohibited items.
Overage Fee Terms: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the weight of debris in the rented dumpster does not exceed the specified tonnage limit. If the debris weight surpasses the posted tonnage, an overage fee of $100 per additional ton will apply. This fee will be billed to the customer upon the final weight assessment after disposal. The customer agrees to pay all overage fees in full within 3 days of invoicing. Any failure to pay may result in additional collection efforts or service suspension.
Customer Responsibility for Permits: The customer is solely responsible for obtaining any and all required local permits, licenses, or permissions for the placement of the dumpster. Dumps On Demand LLC is not responsible for securing any municipal or local authorizations. Failure to obtain proper permits may result in fines, delays, or removal, all of which are the customer’s sole responsibility. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold Dumps On Demand LLC harmless from any liability or fines arising from their failure to secure these permits.
Authorization to Contact: You expressly authorize Dumps On Demand LLC to contact you by phone, email, and text for purposes of service follow-up, satisfaction checks, and future promotional offers. Privacy Assurance: We respect your privacy and will not share your contact information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. Consent to Marketing: You acknowledge that you may receive marketing communications from us regarding additional services, promotions, or follow-up offers, and that you can opt out at any time by notifying us.
